Neil’s also has a long standing farming background, but his main profession the last 20 yrs has been engineering. Neil is generally in charge a of maintenance and developing and fabricating new ideas for the tracked machines.
Having used the machines himself he has a great understanding of how they should work and how they can be improved for the customers demands.
